There's two points I need to talk about:
- I'm changing the way I upload the daily schedule. I'm no longer going to upload the template. I'll do it all in text in stead and only write down the time instead of what meal it was. No more Lunch at **:** or Dinner at **:**.
The positive thing about this is that it is easier to see what I've eaten or not since you don't have to open the image each time to see it. Also, it gives me the possibility to upload a photo of the food. I don't photograph every single thing I eat, I neither want, have the energy or time to do so. But sometimes I feel like doing it because I feel it's something special. Like the sushi. I've never ever done my own sushi before so I had to take a picture of the result! - I'm doing very lousy with the notes. The past 6 days I haven't written down a single meal. I've eaten very well. A lot of fruit. This was what I was afraid of. My therapist is on vacation and so I don't have that constant pressure to take the notes. I'll try to get better on it. I promise!
I just need to find that thing inside me that pushes me to continue...
